A first since the controversy over participant salaries

This special edition also marks the return of the show after several months of absence following controversies concerning the salaries of the participants. In April 2023, comedian Blanche Gardin refused to participate in the show, denouncing on Facebook the fact that she would have been paid 200,000 euros for a day of work while the charity of her choice would not have won only 50,000 euros in the event of victory.

Amazon Prime Video is banking on Halloween to revive public interest
