How to watch TV from your computer?

Do you like watching television but you don’t always have access to a traditional television set? Don’t panic! Did you know that it is entirely possible to watch your favorite programs directly from your computer? Solutions available for nomads

Thanks to the evolution of technology and the popularization of high-speed Internet, it is now possible to follow your favorite shows without traditional television. Television channels and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have implemented innovative services allowing you to watch live programs or replay from a computer.

Dedicated applications and software

Most TV channels now offer their own application Or software dedicated.

For example, in France, TF1, France Télévisions and M6 offer the possibility of viewing their programs live or in replay. These apps are generally free and easy to use, provided you have a good internet connection.

On TF1 you can watch the channel live on the site https://www.tf1.fr/ , an account and geolocation in France is necessary. If you are abroad a VPN geolocating in France will be able to bypass geographic restrictions.

For M6 you must go to the 6play platform: https://www.6play.fr/

Free applications

Another solution is to use free applications! On PC and recent Windows systems like Windows 11 you can download them from the Microsoft Store.

For my part, I really like Molotov but certain channels are not offered, notably TF1 and M6. You can access it by purchasing a Molotov subscription.

The other application that really works is Captvty it is free and can be easily installed on your computer. It allows you to access all TNT channels without problem. So this is the preferred solution !

Paid applications

The application that works best is MyCanal , there are different types of subscription but it offers a comfortable service and access to a lot of channels. The latest offer at €2 per month allows access to channels and replays! It is about the TV+ offer
